Important Policy News Concerning our Occupied Release Form…
We would like to take the opportunity to give you a friendly reminder of our policy regarding any work in occupied units, this includes us having to enter to bid or repair flooring. As a way to ensure your resident understands what is expected to minimize any delays or confusion on the day of install it is required that an Occupied Release Form be signed by both a property staff and the resident. For insurance and liability reasons we cannot enter without this form signed.
No need to worry, when work is ordered for an occupied unit, our office will send an electronic form via DocuSign. You will be prompted to sign and enter the resident’s email and all they do is sign and we receive immediate confirmation. Please note this electronic form has an expiration date. If the resident does not have an email address, we do have a paper form that can be signed and faxed or emailed back to us. This must be completed the business day prior to the install.
