In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, we’d like to warn you of the impact this might have on our business…
- Getting materials from any manufacturer that has been affected by the virus will be difficult. So far China and Korea have been the only two countries feeling the effects, but we could see this happen to domestic producers very soon.
- Installing for occupied units should be done only on a must-have basis. And unfortunately, our installers will not be moving any furniture. If you absolutely must schedule an occupied unit, please notify your resident/staff that ALL furniture must be moved prior to our arrival.
- Please be patient with our scheduling department during these times. We’re trying to avoid having all crews congregate in the morning during load-out. As you can imagine this will slow down our arrival to your property, and 1st AM jobs will be at a premium.
- Sponsoring lunches, meetings, and apartment association events will be limited, and evaluated case by case.
If we can all just take a little more caution regarding our daily interactions, our risk to you and your families will be significantly reduced. We thank you for your loyal partnership and appreciate your understanding.
