RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the company.
- Develop and implement strategic goals, business plans, and initiatives to drive growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including sales, operations, and administration.
- Promote and be a champion for company culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.
