Seamless Flooring is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our operations, drive our sales team, foster team growth, and oversee the success of our Phoenix branch. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the company.
- Develop and implement strategic goals, business plans, and initiatives to drive growth.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
- Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including sales, operations, and administration.
- Promote and be a champion for company culture.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.
- Drive marketing efforts and build brand recognition in the local market.



QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the flooring, construction, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business management software and financial reporting.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
